How Much will My cake Cost?

Depending on the size, how it will be served and the degree of work involved will affect the cost of the cake.

How Far In Advance Do I need to Order My Cake?

Wedding and Special event Cakes need to be ordered around 12 weeks prior to the event. Hart to Heart Cakes! can design a beautiful cake on shorter notice if necessary. Organizing your wedding cake early for popular wedding months e.g.. Spring and Autumn will avoid disappointment.

Why Can't I reach you on the phone?

Being a sole operator means that I cannot always answer the phone. If you leave a message I will call back as soon as possible. Alternatively I am available through E-mail: Click Here.
Will My Cake Be Delivered?

Depending on the size and intricacy of your cake design, it may be safer to have it delivered. I offer Free* Delivery within 15km of Ipswich area as a courtesy to my clients. Specific Delivery times can be discussed at your consultation. Other areas will incur a delivery fee.

Can I get an After Hours Appointment?

I like to work with my clients so that they are not rushed, and feel completely satisfied with their decision. I offer appointment times that suit their schedule. Including evenings and on week-ends.

Do You Offer Taste Tests?

I offer complimentary sample cake at your consultation.

Can I buy or hire the cake stands from you?

You can hire them for up to 3 days for use within South east Queensland or Purchase them outright.

What are the payment Terms and Conditions?

50% deposit required 6 weeks prior to event.

Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

A $100 Security Deposit is required for all Cake Stands.

Prices remain current for all booking taken within 12 months of event date.

All changes are subject to availability and quote review.
